The village already mentioned in 1437. In the area of the village there's situated a past Greek-Catholic divisional Church under the invocation of St. Dymitr, currently being the Roman Catholic Church under the invocation of The Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Poland. The previous church was raised in 1761. The current has been founded in 1829
by Truskolaski family. It has been radically renovated in 1927.
